coping with stress.


political science essay. eng presentation & report. social cognition test.

deadline : 3rd, 4th and 5th april srespectively.

and a 10-page report on health psych a week aft tt.

and 1 week later, exams.

this sem is pretty stressful, for some reason.

but anyway, eng project is underway, so is political science essay.

and i'm planning to do 1 page a day for health psychology report.

here's how to cope with stress for everyone out there!


1) social support is very impt. so u could either join a club to make more frens, or if u r de detached/cold kinda person, maybe it's time to change ur personality.
2) self-improvement.
3) increase personal control. do ur work at ur own pace, and according to ur own abilities.
4) better organisation. plan well, use a diary, and prioritise!
5) exercise. cos exercising makes u a happy person!
6) if u are at the breakin pt and doin all of de above doesnt help, go see a doc ok.
medication will help quite a bit, as long as u don get to dependent.
7) relaxation. some ppl love nature sounds, some ppl hate it. for some ppl, rock music makes them relax. for me, it's dancing. so it's up to the individual really.
8) deep tissue massage. how gd does tt sound?
