had an obstacle to overcome earlier this week,
but that has been settled.
i'm starting to love de whole
new way of solving probs.
less taxing on de mind n body.
and to the girl who was dere for me,
thank u babe. =)
so, 14th feb.
we had an impromptu bbq.
i was initially upset cos i was late for tuition,
rush here n dere, kene scolded for nuthing,
and end up to be told tt there's no tuition.
great.
he picked me up, we were wondering wad to do,
so we decided to head to TM's ntuc,
bought marinated chix, hotdogs, titbits,
drinks, and basic bbq needs.
den went to pasir ris park to one of de shelters
and did a mini bbq.
just de 2 of us.
it was his first time out on a date for vday,
so tak kene tempat a bit,
but in de end, he loved de day so much.
plus, i successfully taught him how to start a bbq.
on de 16th,
teman ryu shopping.
where she had her first lucky plaza's ayam penyet.
den zaimah joined us. supposed to recce botanical gardens,
but.. changed plans, ended up having coffee at paragon.
made a new fren, some guy working dere.
well, not exactly a fren. BUT, he's funny,
and big. and jolly.
like a malay version of santa claus.
when i wanted to get out from dere,
he said this "nak balik kape joy?"
haha. i hate it when ppl call me tt.
well, only person calls me that when he wants to irritate me.
yes de dearest bf.
esp when i cant make a decision where to go.
he'll alwaes go.. "nak gi mane joy?"
why Joy?
why not... jane, or sally, or tina?
these mats. i can never understand them. heh.
anyway, bf picked me up from paragon.
it was raining, so as always, when we have nuthin better to do
at town,
we head to borders, psychology section, and browse
through a few books together.
it's definitely one of my favourite things i do with him
when i go town.
den we had dinner at arnolds.
when i got so bloated afterwards, i couldnt even get up de bike.
17th, had tuition in de afternoon as usual.
thot had no plans,
but went to east coast with habz for a while.
she made me feel realllyyyy old.
by musing abt how old de age 23 seems.
haiyoooo.
18th, yesterday,
i woke up at 10 am with a start.
cos i remember there were plans to go picnic.
turns out no one really planned it properly.
so, i asked liyana if she wanted to go east coast.
liyana woke ryu up.
and ryu woke mariam up.
and 2 hrs aft i woke up, i was on my way to
de very last minute picnic.
WHICH WAS A HELL LOT OF FUN!
ryu brought boggle.
which de kakak2 graduate-tapi-jual-anggur
won every round.
den we played pepsi-cola 123.
like monkeys.
and me and mariam would alwaes be up
against each other all 3 rounds we had.
and we had loads of food,
and as usual, great conversation.
den mariam had to go off with *ahem*
and so dere was 3 of us left.
those 2 gatal nak tgk sunset,
when in fact, it was a gloomy evening.
won be a nice sunset.
that was when... Is' family spotted me.
he told me his whole family bbq/overnite there,
but i raelly didnt expect to bump into them.
i was sitting with ryu n liyana,
when 2 of his siblings came up to me.
so... i met like... most of his family members.
cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents.
for de first time, de usually kecoh me,
got nuthing much to say.
just wished tt either my mum or Is was dere for moral support.
but i guess it was ok.
punyerla susah nak tak conversational malay.
mcm mat salleh celup maner ntah.
padahal i talk malay to my parents.
gugup agaknyer.
but i hope i did ok. did i?
ard 8, me n ryu left in a cab to leza's open house.
a very pregnant leza greeted us.
i keep looking at her tummy.
seems like yesterday
when we did all de crazy things together,
skipping classes to slack n dance de whole day.
and de performance we did where we all wore pink.
gosh. we have rreally grown up since.
leza was saying abt how small de world is.
turns out tt ezwan n azlie (who was dere) are her cousins.
and she's amused how Is (her sec schmate) ,
and me, (her first 3 mths schmate at tpjc)
are together.
whatever it is,
take care of urself back in aussie k?
i'll pray tt u haf a smooth n easy delivery.
and me n ryu will make u back here to get ur baby
loads of cute baby stuff in october.
