we need a VOICE.

4PM won numerous awards because of its dynamic grp of volunteers,

yet sadly, dun you feel that these days,

we arent being heard?

yes, events are still going on smoothly,

thanks to our resilience and the support of SOME staff,

but we cant deny that we are facing mountains,

and gorges, so many obstacles,

that lies within the organisation itself.

To me, the 'congratulations' and "job well done",

is pretty pathetic compared to the frustrations,

anger and lack of support we all seem to be facing these days.

I feel, that we need a VOICE.

a voice to speak of our concerns,

our frustrations, our tears.

a VOICE that signifies what 4PM is all about.

the strength of its volunteers.

but before that dear friends,

let us look into ourselves,

because I cant do this alone.

strength always come in Unity.

and we, NEED, MUST, be united,

to have a SOLID VOICE

that rings out loud and clear.

That is the very least we can do

to the casualties who have been going off,

one by one,

forcibly or by choice.

The ones who have been kind and supporting,

but are overshadowed by the ones who know

how to speak ill of others.

The latest casualty will be leaving us soon.

It is about time, we stop suffering in silence.

We Need A Strong United Voice.

I sincerely hope for your support.
